Description: <DIV STYLE="text-align:Left;"><DIV><P><SPAN>In 2017, partnership with City of Kirkland, Mercer Island contracted with GeoTerra, Inc. to acquire a contigous block of leaf-off flight. On March 19th, clear skies accompanied with a reasonable window of high sun angle allowed for GeoTerra’s first flight opportunity. Photography was acquired between 11:22am and 2:39pm (PDT) when sun angles were above 35 degrees from horizon. 3-band digital photos were acquired on March 19th using the Vexcel UltraCamFlacon Prime. Each digital image was processed from native format into final 8-bit, 3-band TIF files for use in aerial triangulation and ortho-image processing. A radiometric adjustment was applied on each image using UltraMap to remove the effects of sun spots, and a Project-Based .Color Balance for the blocks of imagery to produce a seamless color across the project areas. </SPAN></P></DIV></DIV>
